Olusoji Oyawoye is a 1987 Bachelor of Science graduate of Economics who also holds both a Postgraduate Diploma and a Masters Degree in Business Management. With a wealth of experience in all facets of banking spanning eighteen years, the last five in Executive Management capacity. Olusoji is credited for exemplary people skills, which have seen him lead several turnaround initiatives in his career. He is an Associate Certified Outsourcing Professional (aCOP) of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) in USA, a Fellow of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (fAOPN) and a Member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria (MIoD).

He has coached and facilitated training programmes for University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), School of Media and Communication and Enterprise Development Centre both of Pan Atlantic University, MTN Academy in Nigeria and Ghana, Fidson Group, International Energy Insurance (IEI), MRS Oil and several Banks in Nigeria to mention a few.

Olusoji currently heads Resource Intermediaries (Nigeria) Limited, a Human Resource Outsourcing company in Lagos as MD/CEO where he has been since 2006.

He is also a non-executive directors in four other companies – PrimeWorld Limited, PrimeWealth Nominees Limited, Resource Intermediaries (Ghana) Limited and KCMB Microfinance Bank Limited.

Olusoji is a mentor and motivational speaker and is generally driven by a desire to develop skills and best practice competences in managing business’s Human and Administrative assets.

Outside professional pursuits, Olusoji is a capacity builder, a publisher with several published articles, a Newsletter on Outsourcing and six books on relationships, entrepreneurship and finding ones purpose in Life.

He is also the current President of Federal Government College Lagos Old Students Association, a position he has held twice before from 1994 to 1996 and 2000 to 2002.

Ade Awonaike is a graduate of Economics with specialty in Finance and Credit from Kharkov State University Ukraine. He has an MBA in International Business  Relations from Lagos State University. Ade has worked in different Managerial Capacities for so many years prior to joining Resource Intermediaries Limited in 2006. He was a pioneer staff rising through the rank and file to become the Chief Operating Officer. He was instrumental with the setting up of Resource  Intermediaries Ghana Ltd in 2009.

Ade is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management, an affiliate of Management Institute  of Singapore, Member of London Chartered Institute of Bankers and member International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). Ade is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Delferia Company Limited, Nigeria and is a non-executive Director of Delferia Company Limited. He is also a member of the African Regional Board of the International Association of  Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). He is married with children.

Sylvester Ojugo is a graduate of Accountancy who holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Professional Financial Managers United Kingdom and also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant of Nigeria. He is also a professional member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.

He joined Delferia Company Limited at inception bringing with him over ten years cognate  experience primarily from the private sector of the economy.
His experience spans general Finance  and Management Accounting.

His passion apart from Accounting and Finance includes reaching out to young, unmarried and married people and helping them find their purpose in God.  He is a certified Counsellor of the Canadian Institute of Christian Counsellors and a minister with  Glory Christian Ministries.

Oyeb is a graduate of Accounting and also holds a Diploma in Data Processing & Information Technology. He is an Associate Member of Institute of Strategy Management.

A detailed Person, and passionate about data analysis. Oyeb brings to the table vast experience in accounting, the manufacturing and services industries. Prior to his current role as Head of Internal Control, he has served as an Accountant with DCL for over 2 years. He worked with reputable organizations like UAC as a statistician and host of others.

Outside his professional duties, Oyeb is a devoted chorister who ministers in songs. His best game is football, but has a strong passion for scrabble. He has received several wards from different organizations for exceptional performance

Opeyemi Bello is a graduate of Microbiology. She is a passionate HR specialist with years of work experience in Human Resource Administration, Management, Learning & development, and Talent Sourcing & Assessment. She is currently the Group Head Business Support Service at Delferia Company Limited.

Opeyemi has consulted for various organizations and conglomerates in the financial service and manufacturing industries, proffering human resource solutions.
She brings this to the role plus a wealth of experience gathered from working with collaborators rendering varying services to the company over the years. Opeyemi who has great people management and problem solving skills, loves to read, watch movies and meet new people.

Shola Adekoya is a Law graduate from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) with a wealth of experience in Company Secretarial Duties, Training Facilitation, Public Speaking, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Human Resource Management and Outsourcing.

She is a corporate member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and a member of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN). With over 10 years of work experience, spanning the Maritime, Legal and Human Resource Industries, Shola is recognised and credited for her excellent business sense and salesmanship.

Shola Adekoya has worked in several departments at Delferia Company Limited (DCL) and currently heads all the regional Business Development units in DCL Nigeria. Over the years, she has been actively involved in generating new businesses for the organization and managed the deployment of sta2 processes from sourcing, recruitment, deployment, training and management of sta2. Outside her professional pursuits, Shola has a passion for Children’s VocationalDevelopment, Entertainment, Music, Professional Dancing and Fashion. She alsoholds a leadership role at her local Church

Joseph is a graduate of Marketing and also holds Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Management Science as well as MBA in Human Resource Management with years of experience in Office Administration and Human Resource Management.
He has worked inseveral organizations in different economic sectors, thereby having varied experienceswhich he has brought to bear in his current function.He has been able to consistently aligned human resources strategy with business goals andachieved significant improvements in key business metrics such as employee turnover,profitability and productivity.
